SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WJPF) — U.S. Veterans Affairs Secretary Robert Wilkie will make a stop in Springfield, Illinois Tuesday morning.
Wilkie will deliver the keynote address at a ceremony unveiling a plaque honoring President Lincoln’s second inaugural address.
The event at Camp Butler National Cemetery, where Lincoln is buried, is scheduled to start at 9:00 a.m..
