SIU men’s basketball has been busy on the recruiting trail and have sent out a pair of offers to prospects in the Class of 2024.
On Tuesday, Amarillo, TX small forward Braden Hausen, a three-star prospect according to 247Sports, announced he had received an offer from SIU.

Hausen is a 6’7 forward and was a high school teammate of Saluki sophomore center Cade Hornecker’s. He is also the brother of Villanova sophomore Brendan Hausen.
The Salukis also offered a scholarship to 6’2 guard Cam Miles from Orlando, Florida.

Miles was a big part of the Olympia Titans last season, helping them to a State Championship appearance, where they took home 2nd place. Miles averaged 8.6 points, 3.4 assists, and 1.4 steals in the 2022-23 season.
