According to college hoops analyst Rocco Miller, SIU men’s basketball’s game at Oklahoma State this coming season has a set date. The Salukis and Pokes will play Wednesday, November 13 in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
Sources: Oklahoma State will host Southern Illinois as part of its 2024-25 non-conference schedule.

The game is the final game of a three-game deal between SIU and Oklahoma State. The agreement brought a Power Five opponent to Banterra Center last season for the first time since the 2007-08 season.
SIU is 2-0 against Oklahoma State during the course of the agreement. Both teams underwent coaching changes this offseason.
Currently, SIU has their season opener in the Field of 68 Opening Day Showcase against Charleston scheduled as well as reported matchup in Gainesville, FL against Florida on November 22. SIU has not confirmed that matchup. Another account has reported SIU is scheduled to play in the Gulf Coast Showcase MTE from November 25-27.
