Multiple police agencies have been investigating threats to schools in the area.
Police in Saline, Williamson, and Johnson Counties as well as officers in Carrier Mills, Harrisburg and Vienna have all been involved in the investigation of a text message conversation that was distributed via snapchat.
A thorough investigation has determined that there is no credible threat to any schools or individuals, but multiple schools will have extra law enforcement present for peace of mind.
These threats are under investigation.
