CARRIER MILLS, Ill. (WJPF) – The Carrier Mills Blacktop will be closed starting Monday October 28th.
Saline County Highway Dept will be working on the two bridges between IL-13 and the Haul Road. Drivers will have to find alternative routes.
The expected completion date is November 24th.
