WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) – Five people have been arrested after a drug bust in Williamson County.
Just after 2pm December 18, deputies executed a search warrant in the 2700 block of Dr. Springs Road in Colp.
This operation is the result of a year-long investigation involving illegal narcotics, stolen vehicles, stolen property, and narcotics trafficking.
A search of the residence located methamphetamine, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, stolen property, and drug packaging materials.
The subject of the investigation, Rusty Wagley Jr., was arrested on December 17 for an outstanding arrest warrant.
As a result of the investigation multiple other arrests were made including Karla Jones, Hunter Wagley, Leslie Williams, and Radley Long.
They were taken to the Williamson County Jail facing multiple charges.
