WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) – 19 cars of a coal train jumped the tracks Friday in Williamson County, spilling tons of its cargo.
The derailment happened in a rural area south of Thompsonville. No one was injured
A portion of nearby Crawford Road was closed while crews cleaned up the mess.
