STEELE, Mo. (WJPF) – A small earthquake was detected along the New Madrid Fault.
The tremor registered a 3.7 on the Richter scale at 10:44 p.m. Saturday.
The quake was centered in Steele, Missouri, but was reported to be felt throughout southern Illinois. No damage has been reported.
